The DöhlerGroup is certified in accordance with stringent international standards that include ISO 9001:2000, British Retail Consortium (BRC). Döhler has also an organic certificate granted by “BCS Öko-Garantie”. Systematic food hygiene (GMP) and preventive risk control (HACCP) are embedded standard daily practice. Döhler Microsafety Design® (DMD®) underlines the quality of the raw materials used. At any point in production they can be traced straight back to the harvesting of the individual fruit. Döhler Flavour Care® provides an individual solution for each particular form of application and provides a quality seal for each and every specific Döhler flavour.
