Suitably, Doehler will be presenting innovative product concepts, such as fruity-flavoured malt beverages at Gulfood 2012.

The demand for fresh fruits and juice concentrates has significantly increased over the past few years, resulting in higher raw material prices. In order to cater to the price sensitive markets, Doehler will be showcasing a vast range of still drinks featuring an especially fruity flavour profile and a full mouth feel, despite their reduced juice content. The latest emulsion technologies and fruit flavours are the key to this. Fruit pieces provide an efficient way to improve products significantly. In addition, Doehler will present exciting new flavour combinations that make for an outstanding taste experience.
Sparkling stimulation for growth in carbonated soft drinks
Premium products now make it possible to take the edge off of price pressure in the CSD market. That is why Doehler has developed carbonates with 2 % fruit juice – for more juicy enjoyment and improved mouthfeel. New flavours and innovative sweetening methods also offer new possibilities for differentiation as well as sensory-optimised and calorie-reduced product varieties.
Aqua Fruit – a healthier alternative
With increasing health concerns, many consumers are also looking for healthier and more natural alternatives to traditional carbonated soft drinks. Doehler has found a solution for this demand by developing products with 10% fruit juice and carbonisation. The result is a fantastic juicy taste.
Innovative technologies for calorie reduction!
Calorie reduction is a big issue in the food and beverage industry. Especially in the Middle East, with one of the highest diabetes rates in the world and rising rates of obesity among the younger generations in particular, calorie intake is a major concern. Doehler offers a range of innovative sweetening systems in the MultiSweet Plus® product range. This also includes the natural sweetening system MultiSweet® Stevia, with its perfectly balanced sensory profile. Thanks to Sweetness Improving Technology (SIT), the taste of all sweetening systems is especially similar to sugar. In addition, Sugar Replacement Technology (SRT) offers new ways to reduce carbohydrates without sweeteners.
