ORAC Building Blocks Under the "Fruit Active Plus" brand, the DöhlerGroup offers ORAC building blocks from carefully selected fruit juice extracts and plant extracts with a standardised healthy polyphenol content. These stand out due to their high polyphenol content, giving them anti-oxidant properties. ORAC units (= Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) are rated in μmole TE/g. Our ORAC building blocks are gained from natural fruit juices which contain polyphenol, and from fruit, herb and plant extracts. They offer you standardised values for antioxidants, and have a neutral flavour and good stability in the final product.
