With our partner ALKO International B.V., we are able to offer a wide range of fermentates based on natural raw materials. Alcohol-containing bases are derived from the alcoholic fermentation of raw materials such as fruits and malt. Thanks to taste neutrality achieved through the use of special ALKO technology, the alcoholic bases are suitable for mixes of every kind. We also offer non-alcoholic fermentates manufactured through the non-alcoholic fermentation of natural raw materials. This produces new, value-giving ingredients such as lactic and gluconic acid. Depending on the taste profile sought the bases can be made from fermented tea, malt or fruit juice. Borrowed from nature, this process biologically enhances the valuable natural raw materials.
