FTNF / FTNJ flavours

FTNF (from the named fruit) and FTNJ (from the named juice) or ADD-BACK flavours are used for re-aromatising fruit juices. A fundamental requirement for high grade FTNF flavours is the selection of first-class raw materials. For this reason we extract these sensitive and volatile flavour raw materials right back in the fruit’s country of origin and during the production of fruit juice concentrates.

Production is carried out at our modern manufacturing centres in Brazil, Mexico, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Turkey, India and China. State-of-the-art technology and the pick of the best fruits – selected at the point of optimum ripeness – are the key factors guaranteeing the quality of our FTNF and FTNJ flavours.

Our product range includes the principal flavours apple, orange, lemon and grapefruit, a wide selection of red fruits and specialities such as green tea.
