For many of our customers, we are the external R&D department, taking on product development from A to Z. Our innovative strength is centrally pooled in the Darmstadt Flavour, Innovation and Technology Centre. The generation of cutting edge ideas, coupled with intensive R&D, are demonstrated by the many product developments that are sent to our customers throughout the world month after month.

From the idea to the shelf

Together, individually with the customer, we analyse the feasibility on the respective local market, prepare the relevant product conception and take it through to market maturity. How does the trend match your product portfolio? How does it fit in with your brand? We know the process and its path.

A typical process generally begins with a new idea, which, by way of product and taste variations, leads to sample mixes as well as advice packaging technology, including storage and stability tests. Design and promotion concepts, as well as advice on all issues relating to food law, complete the know-how and commitment of the DöhlerGroup to produce a totally individual consultancy service.
