On a dual degree programme in International Management for Business and Information Technology, you collaborate in various in-house IT consulting teams, giving you fascinating insight into the IT teams of the following departments:

  • Production & Planning
  • Logistics & Sourcing 
  • Quality, Customer & Markets
  • R&I & TCSA
  • Finance & Controlling
  • Human Resources
     

You also get to know all the IT infrastructure teams – such as Client & Server, Network & Security, SAP-Basis & Data Center, Telecommunications and Service Desk.

Your training also includes topics such as software development, intranet and the development of innovative apps. During a stay abroad at one of our international sites, you support local colleagues in introducing digital business processes or implementing new IT components.

  • Internal business and English lessons
    In regular lessons within the company, we prepare you for your exams and the start of your career in the best possible way, especially in English and selected other subjects.

    An regular evaluation on your performance is already an integral part of your apprenticeship. It is important for us that you always know which performance level you have achieved and where you can improve.     During your apprenticeship or dual degree programme, you have the opportunity to take part in international trade fairs and actively support colleagues on site.

    As part of your apprenticeship or dual degree programme, you have the opportunity to spend time working abroad – either at one of our subsidiaries or via partner programmes run by the vocational schools.

 

  • Team-building events
    A few months before they join us, all new apprentices and students are invited to attend our big annual team-building event. Other events are also held throughout the year for particular occasions.

 

  • Opportunities to discover various fields and departments
    You pass through many different departments during your apprenticeship or dual degree programme, giving you comprehensive insight into the company.

 

  • Personal contact with the Works Council, the Young People’s and Apprentices’ Representatives and the Human Resources department 
    You have personal contacts at all times who take care of your concerns and questions. The Works Council, the Young People’s and Apprentices’ Representatives (JAV), and the apprenticeships team in the Human Resources department will be happy to help and support you.
