Döhler conducted online interviews in 12 different countries in February 2020 to find out which colour triggers which association and is the right one for the next innovative food product. The aim was to uncover insights regarding which emotional and sensory product characteristics of foods and beverages are associated with which specific colours. The results are compiled in a report including an interactive dashboard.
