Chemical Laboratory Technician (m/f/d)

As a Chemical Laboratory Technician, you are involved in the entire process at our plant laboratory. Your role also includes planning and conducting experiments, analyses and syntheses, as well as producing beverage samples. You check the raw ingredients before processing and also work in microbiology, for example testing beverages for bacteria before the products leave our premises.

What we offer

Costs paid
We are happy to pay for everything you need for your lessons, as well as the cost of excursions. Depending on how far from your vocational school you live, we may also pay your travel costs. Our Fruit-Juice Expert apprentices of course also receive free accommodation in Geisenheim.

Regular evaluation
An regular evaluation on your performance is already an integral part of your apprenticeship. It is important for us that you always know which performance level you have achieved and where you can improve. Examination preparation courses
We offer you the opportunity to prepare intensively for your examinations just as you need to. To do this, we work with well-known institutions such as the Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHK) and external providers, such as vocational schools and partner companies.

You have the opportunity to visit our Darmstadt site and to get to know the departments there relevant to your apprenticeship.

Introductory weeks
During our introductory weeks, apprentices get to know different divisions at the company and their roles. You will visit the various departments in production, technical, administration etc. to gain a comprehensive impression of our site.

Personal contact from the Works Council, the Young People’s and Apprentices’ Representatives and the Human Resources department
You have personal contacts at all times who take care of your concerns and questions. The Works Council, the Young People’s and Apprentices’ Representatives (JAV), and the apprenticeships team in the Human Resources department will be happy to help and support you.
