As a student on the Management in industry dual degree programme, you pass through various commercial departments at our company. A full team member, you gain comprehensive insight into a wide range of divisions, such as Sales, Sourcing, Product Management, Marketing, Finance & Controlling, Human Resources, and Logistics.

In Darmstadt, you have the opportunity to support one of our worldwide subsidiaries actively on site. You can also take part in international specialist trade fairs as a member of the trade fair team.

What we offer

Internal business and English lessons
In regular lessons within the company, we prepare you for your exams and the start of your career in the best possible way, especially in English and selected other subjects.

Regular evaluation
An regular evaluation on your performance is already an integral part of your apprenticeship. It is important for us that you always know which performance level you have achieved and where you can improve. If you convince us and if you feel at home at Döhler, you have excellent chances for a long-term career our worldwide growing company. Because we see your apprenticeship as the first step towards a permanent employment.

Participation in international trade fairs
During your apprenticeship or dual degree programme, you have the opportunity to take part in international trade fairs and actively support colleagues on site.

Time abroad
As part of your apprenticeship or dual degree programme, you have the opportunity to spend time working abroad – either at one of our subsidiaries or via partner programmes run by the vocational schools.

Team-building events
A few months before they join us, all new apprentices and students are invited to attend our big annual team-building event. Other events are also held throughout the year for particular occasions.

Opportunities to discover various fields and departments
You pass through many different departments during your apprenticeship or dual degree programme, giving you comprehensive insight into the company.

Personal contact with the Works Council, the Young People’s and Apprentices’ Representatives and the Human Resources department
You have personal contacts at all times who take care of your concerns and questions. The Works Council, the Young People’s and Apprentices’ Representatives (JAV), and the apprenticeships team in the Human Resources department will be happy to help and support you.
