As a student in the Food Safety dual degree programme, you will bring together scientific, technical and legal expertise related to food quality and safety. You will learn how the safety, quality and legal conformity of products is ensured throughout the supply chain, from raw materials testing to customer audits.
In practical phases at Döhler’s Darmstadt site, you will gain wide-ranging insights into various specialist fields, including analytics, quality management, and the Regulatory & Product Documentation (RPD) department. There you will support the compilation of product specifications, work on test methods, help to implement legal requirements, and more. You may also be asked to play a supporting role in internal and external audits.
